Commercial Manager

I am looking to speak to Commercial Managers with experience of large Civil Engineering/Infrastructure projects and reinforced concrete structures packages. Either would be good but both would be ideal.

My client has a requirements for someone to commercially manage 2 large projects- one on the south coast and one in West London. You will split your week with 1-2 days approximately on each site and a day in the office in West London.

Both projects are 40m + and you will oversee the Quantity Surveyors currently on these schemes.

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified, have a strong understanding of NEC contracts and have an eye for detail when it comes to documentation and relevant procedures. You will be working with 2 well known main contractors- tbc- and some experience of working with their systems would also be useful.

On offer is the opportunity to join a business that has gone from strength to strength over the last few years- they are securing projects that are larger and more complex as their capability for delivery grows. Current turnover is at around the 150m mark and much of this is with repeat clients.

The rate on offer should secure candidates of the right calibre and the long-term prospects with this contractor should be very promising.
