The Role: As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by supporting the sales team with everything from handling customer inquiries to project management. You will be responsible for coordinating sales orders, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate customer records. The position requires someone with excellent communication and organisation skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. You will also possess strong Excel skills and have an analytical mind set. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone calls and email inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Act as a key contact for clients, offering professional support and guidance.
  • Prepare customer pricing lists and generate quotations.
  • Assist in the preparation and organisation of tender documents.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and current data.
  • Research and source products for clients, managing the order process end-to-end.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including generating reports and handling general correspondence.
  • Oversee the full sales order process, including purchasing, delivery coordination, and invoicing.
  • Assist with managing new customer accounts, setting up profiles, and ensuring contract accuracy.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve invoicing issues promptly.
  • Ensure that all projects and orders are managed efficiently, from initiation to delivery. Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Motivated, with strong organisational skills and an ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong eye for detail.
  • Confident team player who is mindful of others and thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Previous B2B experience is an advantage.
