Duties:
- Order processing via phone & email
- Remain up to date with product knowledge- answer customer questions on products
- Introduce new products to customers
- Offer and follow up on samples requests
- Making daily outbound calls to existing and new customers
- Upselling and cross selling to new and existing customers
- Operate the Live Chat System
- Account manage any accounts that are handed over to you by Senior Management
- Mailshots to existing and / or new customers
- Keep up to date on all products and inform customers of new product
