There portfolio boasts a diverse range of properties, from luxury hotels to full-service brands, and they are expanding rapidly. They are seeking a talented Construction Development Manager to help us bring our new developments to life.

As the Construction Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects within their portfolio. Reporting to the Development Director, you'll manage budgets, maintain timelines, and ensure high-quality standards while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Your strong background in construction and project management, especially in the hospitality sector, will be invaluable.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting feasibility studies and site assessments
- Managing project budgets and implementing cost-control measures
- Acting as the primary contact for project-related communications
- Overseeing tendering and contract negotiations
- Monitoring construction activities and ensuring compliance with standards
- Identifying risks and establishing mitigation strategies

Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- 5-10 years of experience in construction or development management, preferably within the hospitality or hotel sector.
- Strong project management, financial acumen, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Certifications like PMP, MCIOB, RICS are a plus.
