We are currently working with our fabulous client based in Uxbridge who are looking to bring onboard an Engineering Operations Manager to manage a team of 10 engineers!

You will be responsible for coordinating and streamlining various processes to ensure the efficient functioning of the engineering team. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, project management, and team leadership to drive operational excellence.

To be the right applicant for this position you will need to have previous experience in scheduling engineers and have previous managerial experience.

Engineering Operations Manager duties:

• Monitor and manage the utilization of engineering resources to maximize productivity.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within the engineering department.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Establish and monitor KPIs
