Painter & Decorator

We are seeking Painters and Decorators that can also do tilingto join a large social housing contractor team on a Subcontracting basis. In this role, you will be working in tenanted social housing properties based in Hillingdon Borough area (10 MILE RADIUS PATCH, VERY LIMITED TRAVEL), ensuring the refurbishment tasks are carried out to a high standard.

The length of this contract is 12+ months

The requirements for this role mean you have to be skilled in the following trades:

-Painting, Decorating & Tiling in council properties

Pay will be a day rate of £170- £180.00

Requirements
-Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 16:30pm
-Own Van
-Own Tools
-Full UK Driving Licence
-Social Housing Experience
-Clean DBS

Operatives will be paid weekly, one week in arrears CIS or Ltd Company

Start date : ASAP, tomorrow if possible
