Do you have experience coordinating engineers within the reactive repair industry?
My client is busy and now require an additional team member to coordinate a team of engineers and schedule works in accordingly.
This position is Monday to Friday 8.30am- 5pm, on site parking is also available.
The role
- Coordinate teams of engineers
- Planning and scheduling their work schedules
- Prioritisation of urgent jobs and booking access
- Procuring materials needed for site
- Quote preparation
- Updating client portals and keeping in touch with residents
- Closing down completed jobs on the system
- All related administration
- Assisting other departments as and when needed
Essential skills
- Good geographical knowledge
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ideally experience of job costings and quote preparation
