Our client is currently recruiting a Contract Coordinator in the Hillingdon area. We are looking for candidates who have previously worked in a similar position.

As a Contract Coordinator (Technical), you will provide vital support, reporting directly to our manager, ensuring the efficient execution of all administrative tasks related to a significant framework contract.

This position is an integral part of a larger, cohesive team, involving collaboration across various departments, process streams, and interaction with senior managers and client representatives. The role is full-time and based in our Harlington Road, Uxbridge offices.

REQUIRED CRITICAL SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURS

  • Previous experience in a technical and dynamic administrative role.
  • A good level of education (A-Level Standard).
  • Strong IT skills, encompassing proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to organise and manage outputs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with various web-based systems, including Symology, Navision etc
  • Measurement, contract administration, record keeping, maintaining key schedules for information and procurement, tendering and placement.
  • Direct interface / liaison with the client's delivery team.
  • Procurement and management of subcontracts.
  • Pricing of contract and third-party works
  • Identification and management of change control.
  • Use of and input in the business costing system.
  • Management and accurate maintenance of cost reporting / forecasting (internal and client reporting). Provision of accurate and timely commercial reports.
  • To maximise profitability working within the requirements of the conditions of contract and others as required.
  • Maintain commercial information relevant to the contract.
  • Subsequent responsibility through to final account conclusion.
  • Management of the Street Lighting Asset data base
  • Coordination of works in conjunction with Managers and Supervisors
  • Production of Monthly KPI's
