We're seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing team at Heathrow Airport, working for a tier one contractor with a stellar reputation for delivering complex and high-profile projects in the aviation sector.

As Senior QS, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial aspects of a large tunnelling aviation project worth over £140m. You will manage contractual relationships, drive financial performance, and lead change management processes.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Navigate change management processes and supporting the delivery of projects amidst evolving client requirements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
* Oversee contract administration, valuations and commercial management of MEP packages.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Strong commercial acumen with significant experience in contract management and financial oversight utilising the NEC suite of contracts.
* Proven experience in managing change on large-scale MEP infrastructure projects.
* A background in aviation or transport-related infrastructure (preferably with prior experience in tunnels or airports).
* Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
