New Homes Conveyancer - Middlesex
A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive to specialise in New Homes conveyancing within their Uxbridge office in Middlesex. This is an exciting opportunity with a multi-office and full-service law firm that has an excellent reputation.
This opportunity is well suited to a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in plot sales, help to buy and all aspects of new home conveyancing.
The role
- Processing new and existing new homes instructions covering all aspects of individual plot sales disposals, some under the Help to Buy Scheme.
- Contribute to the new case management workflow
- Providing clients with a comprehensive end-to-end service
- Processing new homes disposals, and with responsibility for such sales and the legal aspects of contracts, title, exchange, completions and complex enquiries and including part exchanges and resale of properties purchased in part exchange.
Applications are welcome from Conveyancers, Solicitors, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earners with the following
- Previous experience in a similar position for a minimum of two years
- It is advantageous if you hold a professional qualification as a Solicitor Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Experience working with new homes, plot sales and help to buy
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Strong IT skills
