About the Job: This role involves supporting the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing and collection of customer invoices. You will manage customer accounts, handle queries, and maintain key financial records, while working closely with stakeholders across the business.

Duties will include:

  • Managing accounts receivables, issuing invoices, credit notes, and dealing with queries
  • Conducting credit risk checks and setting credit limits
  • Posting and allocating daily cash
  • Reconciling customer accounts and reducing aged debt
  • Investigating disputes and liaising with the Sales team on unresolved payments
  • Coordinating with debt collection agencies and assisting with month-end reporting
  • Supporting the external audit and performing ad-hoc finance tasks as required

About the Successful Applicant: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Credit Control, with strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) and attention to detail. Experience with Oracle Cloud is desirable, and you should be proactive with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
