Contract Details:

  • Position: Allocations and Sales Advisor
  • Contract Type: Temporary
  • Duration: 23rd April - 30th September 2025
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (35 hours/week with 1 hour unpaid lunch)
  • Location: Full-time office-based role on Campus in Uxbridge, London
  • Pay: 15.48 per hour

What You'll Do:
As a key member of our multi-skilled team, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional administrative support for Allocations and Sales duties.
  • Conduct virtual appointments and review financial arrangements.
  • Proactively manage student debt by reaching out through various communication methods.
  • Collaborate closely with the Student Living Customer Service team to resolve complex queries.
  • Promote residential accommodation options both on and off campus.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing outstanding service while managing room allocations and licence agreement applications.
  • Supporting students facing financial hardship by connecting them with relevant services.
  • Sharing your knowledge by training team members on allocations and sales processes.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records, utilising software like Excel for data management.
  • Participating in the delivery of effective application and allocation processes to maximise University income.
