  • Respond to emails received in the Service Inbox from external and internal customers (SLA 24 hours)  giving customers a great customer service
  • Create Quotes for breakdowns and Services
  • Close Service Reports
  • Manage Account queries sent to Service
  • Create and manage Return to Fits when parts are needed to fix machine and a return to site is required.
  • Process Worksheets that have submitted manually
  • Manage Stock Adjustments
  • Log Calls for engineer attendance.
  • Create Contracts for Service Agreement
  • Create and Manage Orders for cleaning products and spare parts
  • To support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business
  • Be always customer orientated and to represent the company in the best way
Experience RequiredIn order to achieve the top salary for this role you must have the following experience:
  • Experience of working in a Administration role
  • Exposure to SAP and Excel (preferable not essential)
  • Good organisational and problem solving skills
  • Have initiative and motivation
  • Passionate about proving excellent Customer Service
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
