- Respond to emails received in the Service Inbox from external and internal customers (SLA 24 hours) Â giving customers a great customer service
- Create Quotes for breakdowns and Services
- Close Service Reports
- Manage Account queries sent to Service
- Create and manage Return to Fits when parts are needed to fix machine and a return to site is required.
- Process Worksheets that have submitted manually
- Manage Stock Adjustments
- Log Calls for engineer attendance.
- Create Contracts for Service Agreement
- Create and Manage Orders for cleaning products and spare parts
- To support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business
- Be always customer orientated and to represent the company in the best way
- Experience of working in a Administration role
- Exposure to SAP and Excel (preferable not essential)
- Good organisational and problem solving skills
- Have initiative and motivation
- Passionate about proving excellent Customer Service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
