- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls when necessary
- Provide clear, practical advice to customers
- Record detailed notes of all customer interactions
- Proactively assist customers with their queries
- Adhere to company procedures and processes
- Experience with technical processes and systems is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to switch between tasks as needed
- Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality customer service
- Ability to show initiative and solve problems efficiently
- Knowledge of SAP and Excel is useful, but not essential
