Our client is seeking a Data Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to focus on managing and advising on all administrative tasks related to school data systems and parent communication platforms.

This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our school’s administrative functions, particularly in managing pupil progress data and parent engagement tools.

Part-time (18 hours per week, Term Time only)

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Advise on administrative tasks related to SIMS Pupil Progress Data, EfL (Evidence for Learning), and PLIMS (Pupil Learning Intervention Maps).
  • Manage the administration of the EfL Parent Apps and Learner Apps.
  • Oversee the distribution of termly PLIMS and Learning Journey across the school.
  • Coordinate the administration of Annual Reviews and Parents Evenings/Meet the Tutor Evenings.
  • Create and manage user-friendly reports and ensure the accuracy of data in school management systems.
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts including staff, pupils, parents/carers, and external agencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven administrative skills with an understanding of office procedures.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Experience with databases; knowledge of SIMs, EfL, and PLIMS is desirable (training provided).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (minimum grade C).
