Job Description: As a Plumbing Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our client's plumbing training programs. You will work closely with our trainers and assessors to maintain high standards and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal quality assurance of plumbing training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainers and assessors.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide feedback and support to trainers and assessors to improve quality.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.
  • Liaise with external quality assurance bodies and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Plumbing IQA or similar role.
  • Relevant qualifications in plumbing and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
