We are seeking an Early Years Assessor to join our team, providing vital support and assessment services to students working within nurseries and schools within a 15-mile radius of our West London client. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with a passion for early years education and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Travel to various nurseries and schools within a 15-mile radius of West London to conduct assessments.
  • Work closely with early years educators to evaluate their teaching methods and the learning environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help improve educational practices.
  • Ensure that all assessments are carried out in line with current early years education standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments and visits.
  • Claim back expenses for travel in accordance with the organisation’s policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A recognised qualification in early years education.
  • Assessing Qualification or previous assessing experience and willingness to work towards Qualification.
  • Experience in an early years setting, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
  • A proactive approach to travelling and managing your own schedule.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel purposes.
