Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care in accordance with professional standards, facility protocols, and patient care plans. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care:
- Assess patient health status and identify patient needs.
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventative care.

2. Collaboration & Communication:
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, including doctors, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate care plans, ensuring smooth transitions between different levels of care and services.
- Act as an advocate for patients and ensure their healthcare needs are met.

3. Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the healthcare team.

4. Professional Development:
- Stay current with nursing best practices, medical advancements, and ongoing education requirements.
- Participate in training sessions, continuing education programs, and workshops as required by the facility.

Qualifications:
- Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
