Do you have experience coordinating engineers within the electrical or fire industry?

My client is busy and now require an additional team member to coordinate a team of engineers and schedule works in accordingly.

This position is Monday to Friday 8.30am- 5pm, on site parking is also available.

The role

  • Coordinate teams of fire and electrical engineers
  • Planning and scheduling their work schedules
  • Prioritisation of urgent jobs and booking access
  • Procuring materials needed for site
  • Quote preparation
  • Updating client portals and keeping in touch with residents
  • Closing down completed jobs on the system
  • All related administration
  • Assisting other departments as and when needed

Essential skills

  • Good geographical knowledge
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Experience within either the electrical or fire industry
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ideally experience of job costings and quote preparation
