The Position We have an exciting opportunity for a Benefit Operations Associate to be based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge. This position will be responsible for providing benefits-related support to employees, managers and stakeholders within the HR function across Europe.Key objectives
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees, managers and HR Business Partners, providing high quality HR advice and guidance related to benefits administration with a focus on excellent customer service on a wide range of HR activities and processes
  • Manage the day-to-day benefit administration by informing providers of changes in an employees’ life cycle and maintaining online benefit platforms across multiple countries in Europe
  • Provide subject matter expertise in benefit-related processes, policies and tools
  • Identify process improvements by identifying issues, process delays and quality problems and recommending solutions
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the HR Shared Services FAQ library
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate data protection legislation at all times
  • Liaise with internal departments and third-party service providers as necessary
Essential skills and experience
  • Must have an interest and understanding of general HR policies and procedures
  • Must possess solid verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone communication skills
  • Be able to multitask yet remain detailed-oriented with sound time Managment skills
  • Experience with Workday, Service Now and Darwin is desirable
