Key objectives

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees, managers and HR Business Partners,providing high quality HR advice
  • Manage the day to day benefit administration
  • Provide subject matter expertise in benefit-related processes, policies and tools
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the HR Shared Services
  • Manage the day to day benefit administration by informing providers of changes in an employee's life cycle
  • Have a strong understanding of benefit plans and be the subject matter expert of benefit processes.

Please note that languages are strongly desirable but not essential, French, Spanish, German and Italian.
