An exciting opportunity to join a newly formed sustainability department who is at the early stages of their sustainability journey and get involved across a wide range of sustainability initiatives.

The role will involve.

  • Building the understanding and implementation for EU CSRD regulatory compliance.
  • Building a long-term sustainability strategy that aligns with and feeds into the global team.
  • Developing sustainability communication channels to support internal and external engagement.
  • Communicating annual ESG reporting performance for multi stakeholder audiences.

Key Duties & Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Coordinating and supporting the implementation of multiple tasks and projects
  • Engaging and developing effective relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Keep up to date on the EU ESG regulatory landscape
  • Supporting the delivery of CSRD compliance 
  • Support collating and managing ESG data for multiple workstreams for CSRD compliance requirements
  • Contribute to drafting and managing content provision for the preparation of ESG reporting
  • Contribute to and maintain ESG/sustainability learning & development content of training courses for internal stakeholders.

You will need to have experience working within a sustainability role including building Sustainability and ESG reporting content; Good understanding of ESG reporting frameworks including CSRD, TCFD and GRI frameworks. Along with this strong data management, project management skills will be required with advanced Microsoft Excel, word and PowerPoint skills.
