Your Role: This is an incredibly rewarding role where you will be at the heart of community engagement for this business, ensuring events run smoothly and attracting great participation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Organising and coordinating local events – from planning to execution.

  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Attending and contributing to meetings as required.
  • Providing administrative support to assist with event planning and logistics.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous event planning and/or marketing experience.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • A passion for bringing people together.
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
