  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism

  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Act as a key liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders

  • Anticipate the Chairman's needs and proactively address issues as they arise
