Your new companyGlobal leading pharmaceutical business Your new role:

  • Manages logistics for an Executive/team, including calendar/meeting coordination.
  • Travel planning and expenses, correspondence and office administration, occasional help with personal logistics issues.
  • Handle company sensitive information with discretion to ensure confidentiality.
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail to ensure data/information accuracy and timelines.
  • Work with minimal supervision, sets priorities, uses good initiative, follow-up and focusses on details.
  • Work on projects independently or as a member of a team, utilising the contributions of other team members to complete projects.
  • Arranging meetings, setting up conferences and minute taking
  • Administrative team support

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong experience as PA/EA, supporting executive and leadership teams
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of management and different cultures, develops relationships within the organisation and learns the formal and informal organisation structure to assist in goal achievement
  • Demonstrates proficiency in computer software applications to improve administrative work measures and departmental performance standards.
  • Prioritises multiple tasks to meet or exceed deadlines, while operating in a fast-paced, changing environment.
