CK Group are recruiting for a Executive Assistant,to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Uxbridge, on a contract basis for 12 months. This would be a hybrid role with 50/50 office and home working.


Hourly Rate:

22.00 PAYE.

Location:

Uxbridge. This is the commercial head office for UK & Ireland. It includes Clinical Operation, Health Economics, Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs amongst other functions.


Executive Assistant Role:
  • Planning, drafting invites and organising leadership team meetings and monthly international employee town halls.
  • Diary and calendar management for Executive director, travel and expense arrangements and reporting for two direct reports.
  • International budget tracking, raising POs, processing invoices.
  • Setting up face to face or virtual workshops for annual planning meetings across the international leadership team.

Your Background:
  • Significant experience managing senior leaders and administrative projects in aglobal and highly matrixed organisation.
  • Project management expertise.
  • Technology platform capability (PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Workday).
  • Collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Ariba and iCertis systems would be beneficial.
  • Successful experience in managing large meetings and group initiatives.
