I am currently partnered with a multinational pharmaceutical company based in Uxbridge who are looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team initially on a 12-month contract basis.

As part of this role you will:

·       Manage logistics for an Executive/team including calendar/meeting coordination, travel planning and expenses, correspondence and office administration, occasional help with personal logistics issues.

·       Demonstrate excellent judgement, problem solving, verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.

·       Possess strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of management and different cultures, develops relationships within the organization and learns the formal and informal organization structure to assist in goal achievement

Handle department and Company sensitive information with discretion to ensure confidentiality.

·       Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail to ensure data/information accuracy and timelines.

·       Demonstrate proficiency in computer software applications to improve administrative work measurements and departmental performance standards.

·       Prioritize multiple tasks to meet or exceed deadlines, while operating in a fast-paced, changing environment.

·       Work with minimal supervision, sets priorities, uses good initiative, follow-up and focuses on details.

·       Works on project independently or as a member of a team, utilizing the contributions of other team members to complete projects.
