Account Manager (Direct Sourcing Team) / Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire / Up to £50,000Are you ready to take on a challenging role in a high-performing sourcing team? This could be your opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic engineering organisation.We are seeking an Account Manager to join our clients Direct Sourcing team, where you’ll work closely with cross-functional departments, manage supplier performance, and play a critical role in delivering the materials and components needed for production.Location / Hours:

Based in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire
Full-time, 37 hours per week
Monday – Thursday: 8am to 5pm
Friday: 8am to 12pm

Account Manager Requirements:

Sourcing experience within a production environment
Strong relationship-building skills with suppliers and internal teams
Proficient in MRP/ERP systems (such as SAP) and supply chain processes
Excellent data analysis and Excel skills
Knowledge of import/export regulations
Desirable: Familiarity with engineering drawings and manufacturing methods
Advantageous: Experience with tendering, RFI, and RFQ processes
