Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee audit engagements from planning through to completion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice and support.
- Review audit files to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Support the firm’s business development initiatives and contribute to growth strategies.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
