This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced Audit Manager to take on more than just audits. The role involves helping drive firm-wide strategy and contributing to business growth. The successful candidate will have the chance to lead, innovate, and bring their full potential to the workplace.
They will manage a portfolio of clients, taking full ownership of the audit lifecycle — from planning to sign-off. In addition to standard responsibilities, the role includes involvement in high-impact assignments such as due diligence work, AIM/Standard listings, and reverse acquisitions.
A strong focus on the real estate sector means candidates with relevant interest or experience will find a particularly good fit.

The ideal candidate will:

Be ACA or ACCA qualified with a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience

Have led audits from planning to completion, with strong knowledge of FRS102

Demonstrate the ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior team members

Possess solid technical knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, and international auditing standards

Be proactive, strategic, and keen to make a broader impact within the firm
