Chief Financial Officer

Develop a robust financial strategy with the Group MD, balancing innovation and risk minimization.

Bring foresight and innovation to our financial strategy and budget planning.

Manage financial control, risk management and group reporting to ensure effective and sustainable delivery of Group strategy and operational plans

Ensure that the managed functions are developed and operated in accordance with the requirements of the Group.

Work with the Group Managing Director and Senior Management team to shape Group strategy and to formulate and execute plans for its effective delivery.

Play a fundamental and strategic role in shaping the further development of the business.

Oversee the Governance functions of the Group, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and manage external legal support relationships
