About the Job:This is a 15-18 month fixed-term contract, designed to support critical financial systems transformation projects. You will work closely with the Financial Controller (FC) to manage project deliverables, improve financial reporting processes, and engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

Duties will include:

  • Assisting with ERP, Payroll, and Time & Attendance system transformation projects
  • Managing financial data integrity through ledger reconciliations
  • Overseeing month-end accounting schedules for audit purposes
  • Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register and supporting report building for KPIs
  • Delivering accurate financial reporting, including debt and WIP, and revenue leakage control
  • Supporting the transformation of the chart of accounts
  • Reviewing supplier payments and payroll via online banking

About the Successful Applicant:You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA) or qualified by experience. Strong project management skills and team leadership experience are essential. You should be an excellent communicator, capable of working with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office, is required, and experience with Excel modelling and payroll processes would be advantageous.
