Role Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a varied portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients
- Review complex tax computations and returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Provide clear, commercially-focused tax planning advice to clients across multiple sectors
- Support partners in developing new business opportunities and expanding service lines
- Lead, mentor and develop junior members of the tax team
- Keep up to date with evolving tax legislation and its practical application
- Work collaboratively with audit and accounts teams to deliver integrated client service

Candidate Requirements
- ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified with solid post-qualification experience in a tax-focused role
- Strong knowledge of UK corporate and personal tax legislation
- Proven experience managing a portfolio and delivering high-quality client service
- A confident communicator who can build trust and explain complex matters clearly
- A positive leader who enjoys supporting and developing others
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify tax planning opportunities
- £60,000 to £80,000 per annum
