Air Export Operator 38kUxbridge
My client is busy and are now seeking an experienced Air Export Operator. The successful candidate MUST have at least two years solid Air export experience and ideally have working knowledge with Cargo wise.
The position will centre around delivery of excellence and meeting all clients’ expectations. Duties
- Remain in contact with customers and suppliers
- Raising airway bills
- Customs entries
- Follow strict KPI’s and SOP’s
- Completion of end-to-end forwarding activities
- Use of Cargo wise
- Ensuring quotes and invoices are raised
- Completing all requested reports are completed by set deadline
- Always maintaining compliance and best practice Experience
- At a minimum 2 years Air export experience
- Good customs clearance knowledge
- Strong operational knowledge
- High level of customer service
- Knowledge of customs tariff and procedures
- Highly organised
- Ideally experienced with Cargo wise
- Strong Ms Office skills
