Our client, who are well established in their industry, are seeking a Administrator / Order Processor to join the supply chain team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, with the possibility to go perm at the end. This candidate will have strong administrator or customer service, who are willing to learn and open to the Supply Chain sector.

Fully office based (after 6 months probation you will be entitled to hybrid 2 days at home)

Hours: 9-5 (can be flex eg 8-4) Mon- Fri

Location: Stockley Park with parking on-site

Performance bonus - discretionary bonus which is based on Company and Personal performance.

Administrator Order Processor - Job Overview

SALES ORDER PROCESSING: to manage the orders of our distributors, liaising with the warehouse, suppliers and other members of the team to ensure their queries are timely looked after and the goods are shipped in line with customers’ expectations.

OPERATIONS PLANNING: Demand planning and reporting of sales, stock, backorders and shipment schedules.

PROJECTS: Support the Account management team with implementation of new business/lines of products, and projects to improve the efficiency of the company which might require extensive ERP development.
