  • Behavioural Mentor MUST have 1:1 experience with secondary level students

The school - Behavioural Mentor

The specialist SEN school in the Hillingdon area is focused on supporting pupils aged 11 to 19 with moderate Learning difficulties and associated complexities. The school accommodates approximately 100 KS3/4 students (approximately 60 KS5 students) and a restricted group size to ensure each student’s pathway and program is individually catered for and supplements this with a strict teacher-to student ratio. All pupils are post ECHP. It is located near excellent public transport links with limited staff parking in place.

The role - Behavioural Mentor

The ideal Behavioural Mentor will have had previous experience of working with students with severe behavioural issues and come from a school background where challenging behaviour is part of everyday school life. The role would require you to work 1:1 with a KS3 student from a troubled background with heightened challenging behaviour issues. A sports background would be an advantage but not essential.
