30-32k plus 10k bonus

Do you have experience within the IT/Telecoms or SAAS sectors?
My client is now seeking an additional person for their Channel team. This is a position whereby you will be managing all non-sales related enquiries purely from channel partners.
The position offers a 10k bonus (paid monthly) hybrid working- 2 days in the office. Working hours are (phone number removed)pm.
You will form part of a small and dedicated team and MUST have experience within the tech sector. There is a lot of product knowledge to learn so full product training will be given. Duties

- Be the first point of contact for all no sales related queries
- Account managing all channel partner accounts
- Following up on leads and qualifying- these are then passed onto the sales team
- Communication of new information to partners
- Quote generation
- Generation of reports and support tickets
- Onboarding new partners
- Assisting with portal queries
- Support on client review meetings
- Update of CRM

Skills needed
- Experience from within the tech sectors
- B2B sales support experience
- Experience of using portals
- Excellent Excel skills
- Can do and positive attitude
- Strong relationship builder
