We are recruiting for a prestigious university based in Uxbridge, paying £15.48 per hour. This is an immidate start currently until the end of March with a potential of being extended.

The ROLE:In this key position, you will provide essential HR administration support for all consultation meetings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking accurate notes during meetings and writing them up to ensure a clear and comprehensive account.
  • Organising meetings with various stakeholders and managing email communications.

What We're Looking For:We value skills, experience, and a positive attitude! Here's what we hope to find in our ideal candidate:

  • Experience: A background in fast-paced environments, especially in support of transformational change programmes.
  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally. Experience in note-taking during hearings and consultation meetings, with the ability to ask clarifying questions for accuracy.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent ability to prioritise and manage a high volume of work efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to capture information accurately.
  • Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing/writing skills are a must!
  • Meeting Coordination: Experience in organising meetings and effective email communication.
  • Confidentiality: A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
  • Subject Matter Familiarity: While not essential, familiarity with HR-related topics is a plus!
