We are excited to be recruiting for one of our fabulous clients based in Uxbridge, who are on the lookout for a new HR Coordinator to join their well established and growing team!

HR Coordinator Duties:

  • Provide a full and professional service to colleagues and managers by managing day-to-day HR transactional and operational processes.
  • Processing letters for changes to employment terms
  • Responsible for full administration duties i.e., managing, coordinating, filing training certification and training forms
  • Responding to queries in the HR Shared Service inbox as first point of contact.
  • Support with all aspects of the employee life cycle including administration of new starters, leavers, holidays, HR processes, reference, changes, long service milestones, right to work checks, maternity/paternity & parental/shared parental leave letters, raising invoices and POs.
  • Supporting, coordinating and arranging key employee initiatives such as long service rewards and employee of the year dinners.
  • Working with HRSS (HR Shared Services) team in managing various employee benefits
  • Responsible for organising interviews as part of the recruitment process.

DO YOU HAVE? :

  • Previous HR administration experience.
  • Team player that will handle matters confidentially and sensitively.
  • Ideally Level 3 CIPD Qualified
