Level 2 ERP Support Uxbridge, London Hybrid Working: Minimum 3 days per week in the officeRole OverviewAs a Level 2 ERP Support specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for analysing and addressing tickets raised by our business users across Europe and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This hands-on role involves system setups, configurations, training, and documentation to prevent errors. For more complex issues, you will work with our internal and external ERP specialists.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 2 ERP support for international markets, focusing on Europe and APAC.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets raised by business users.
  • Continuously train users and create detailed documentation to support system use and minimize issues.
  • Collaborate with the International ERP Team, key business users, support partners, and the infrastructure team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in D365 FO standards.
Ideal Candidate Attributes: Technical Skills: 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting D365 FO in a sales or distribution environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, particularly order processing management.
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Knowledge of D365 Retail and Commerce (preferred).
  • Microsoft certification for D365 Finance & Operations (preferred).

  • Salary – £40,000 - £45,000pa
  • Performance Bonus – 8% based on agreed company objectives
  • Probationary Period – 6 months
  • Holiday Allowance – 25 days pa pro-rata, increasing incrementally annually by one from the second full year of employment to a maximum of 30 days per annum.
  • Group Personal Pension – employer contributions 4%  and employee contributions 4%
