Resourcing Group is seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor for a permanent, full-time position based in West London.

Resourcing Group are currently working with an established FM provider who are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable M&E Supervisor to supervise and carry out works on a static site in West London.

Salary: Up to 49k PA

Location: Based on a static site in West London

Duties:

Carry out PPMs and reactive works alongside site team
Supervise works carried out by contractors and engineers
Ensure correct processes and procedures are in place
Provide input to management and planned maintenance schedule

Must Have:

Building services C&G qualification or equivalent
Experience in a similar role
Basic electrical qualifications
Health and safety legislation
