An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Shift Coordinator to join a fast-paced and dynamic team on a part-time, permanent basis. This role is based in Uxbridge, with the working schedule set for 5 days per week (Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 11:00am), term-time only, offering a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising and managing daily staff schedules, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Line managing a team of 3 supervisors, ensuring effective communication and task delegation.
  • Proactively solving staffing challenges, coordinating cover for absences, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Overseeing shift management and ensuring all operational needs are met with minimal impact on the team's productivity.
  • Supporting general administrative and managerial duties within the team.

About You:The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and leadership skills, be calm under pressure, and be confident in managing a team and coordinating schedules. Experience in roles where you have coordinated complex schedules, such as a Personal Assistant, Scheduling Coordinator, or Recruitment Coordinator is highly desirable.   You will bring a proactive approach, a strong character, and a passion for maintaining operational efficiency in a busy environment.
