As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home, including observation, medication, and reviewing individual care plans.
  • Providing clinical guidance to the care team and delivering best practice continually.
  • Ensuring policies and standards meet high clinical standards.
  • Assisting with all CQC tasks.
  • Building strong connections with residents and their families, providing them with the care and support they deserve.

The ideal candidate for the Registered Nurse role will:

  • Have a valid NMC pin.

  • Have experience in a similar role.
  • Be comfortable with taking responsibility for the well-being of residents.
  • Be able to coach and guide a team, providing teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
