As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home, including observation, medication, and reviewing individual care plans.
- Providing clinical guidance to the care team and delivering best practice continually.
- Ensuring policies and standards meet high clinical standards.
- Assisting with all CQC tasks.
- Building strong connections with residents and their families, providing them with the care and support they deserve.
As a Registered Nurse, you'll be rewarded with:
