My client a successful and growing buildings/maintenance organisation are busy and now require a Bookings coordinator for a new LBH contract.

This is a contract that will last for a minimum of two years and requires a driven and motivated person who has experience of scheduling and booking works of teams and people.

The position is Monday to Friday 8-4.30pm. A car owner is also essential as you will be visiting residential properties in the Hillingdon area- £10 per day fuel allowance.

The role

 

  • Serve as the primary contact for residents, providing clear and timely updates on the progress of their upgrades.
  • Address and resolve any concerns or issues that arise during the upgrade process, ensuring resident satisfaction.
  • Organise and conduct resident meetings and consultations to discuss project timelines, procedures, and expectations.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for site inspections, installations, and follow-up visits, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
  • Maintain an up-to-date project calendar, tracking all activities and appointments related to the upgrade programme.
  • Record and maintain accurate records of all resident interactions and project progress.
  • Collaborate with the project management team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Prepare and distribute project-related documents, notices, and updates to residents and team members.

 

 

  • Experience
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within construction or social housing.
  • Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating appointments.
  • Experience working in a similar role (desirable)

 

 

  • Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
