Responsibilities:

As a Sales Administrator, you will provide essential support to the sales team, primarily focusing on project-based work within the cinema industry. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Sales & Project Support:

  • Processing sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and on time.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of customer contracts and agreements.
  • Tracking project milestones and timelines, ensuring schedules are communicated effectively.

- Customer Service:

  • Serving as a point of contact for cinema clients, addressing inquiries and providing order updates.
  • Liaising with customers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of equipment-related concerns.
  • Providing post-delivery support to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Project Coordination:

  • Managing and updating CRM systems with detailed project and sales data.
  • Coordinating sales campaigns or promotions specific to cinema installations or technology upgrades.

- Administration:

  • Maintaining detailed project files, including contracts, timelines, and financial records.
  • Monitoring stock levels for cinema-related equipment, ensuring accurate information for project planning.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, particularly in project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

    • Proven experience in a sales administration or project support role, ideally within the cinema or entertainment industry.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination and client interaction.
