The USB Group Ltd is an established UK trade supplier of creative, promotional merchandise who specialise in the manufacture and supply of unique and quality corporate, Promotional Tech Products.

As they continue to grow, they are looking for someone who enjoys making new contacts and is completely comfortable doing this on the telephone.  You will need to have an interest developing business and be capable of all the support admin around this, including using systems to raise invoices and create purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the team's objectives and working on own sales targets.
  • Producing quotes.
  • Processing a high volume of product orders.
  • Taking orders via phone, email.
  • Liaising with external companies to ensure the smooth running of deliveries.
  • Establish a good working relationship with customers.
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
  • Handle customer calls, queries and complaints.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a sales admin or sales operations setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and all MS Office applications.
  • Clear and effective communication.
  • Team spirit but also self-motivated to work on tasks.
  • High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
  • Can pick up new processes and systems easily.
  • An interest in the promotional merchandise industry. A fast learner with a can-do attitude.
  • An eye for detail and good IT proficiency.
  • Proactive approach to all business communication and providing updates in a timely manner.
  • Meeting deadlines and effective planning skills.

Results Expected in this Role

  • Full understanding of day-to-day operations at The USB Group.
  • Efficiently supporting the Sales team and producing the documentation requested.
  • Build good customer relationships.
  • Always delivering excellent customer service even when under pressure
