My client is a thriving business that has been established for 20 years. They are looking to take on an additional Sales Administrator to support the sales team.
The role is office based Monday to Friday
The job:
To ensure client satisfaction and retention by providing administrative support to the sales team and clients. To positively promote the company both proactively and reactively with a target of increasing the sales performance of the company.
Answer phone calls & respond to email enquiries in a professional manner.
Act as appointed office contact for clients.
Produce customer contract price lists when required.
Produce individual line quotations or quantity quotations using the Progress system.
Collecting data for tender process & pricing.
Maintain CRM ensuring data is current for marketing purposes.
Use initiative to source products.
Produce & manage promotional campaigns.
Update company website and add current promotions.
Produce reports for customers and colleagues.
Investigate any problems or complaints from customers, escalating to Account Manager if required.
Give support to Sales Team, to enable them to maximise the sales opportunities with Customers and Prospects.
Actively monitor, manage & take action on emails.
Give Sales Admin support to sales people. (Quotes, Analysis, Coding, etc…)
