We are looking for a Senior Scheduler to join our fabulous company based in Uxbridge! As an Senior Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of the engineering department within the organization.

You will be responsible for coordinating and streamlining various processes to ensure the efficient functioning of the engineering team. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, project management, and team leadership to drive operational excellence.

Senior Scheduler duties include:

• Monitor and manage the utilisation of engineering resources to maximize productivity.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within the engineering department.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Scheduling a team of engineers
• Establish and monitor KPIs
