Salary; 13.00 - 14.00 per hour

Planet Recruitment have recently registered an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Sales Administrator in Uxbridge. This is starting on a temporary however, there could be an opportunity for the role to become permanent.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm.

Main responsibilities;

  • Providing direct line support for the Technical Sales Team.
  • Management of customer account setup, forms to fill, payment and monitoring.
  • Manage credit limits and customer issues (in consultation with team leader).
  • Implement agreed pricing of new and existing products.
  • Preparation of pricing and stock / stock plus quotation estimates.
  • Taking phone inquiries, raising sales leads
  • Sending literature
  • Dealing with phone / email / website inquiries
  • Preparing detailed stock and stock plus quotations
  • Processing inquiries / quotations into SORS orders
  • Collating order processing information into job folders
  • Raising SDNs delivery notes
  • Order Acknowledgments
  • Raising SIN Invoices, SCR Credit Notes, SRC processing Sales Payment Receipts
  • Checking stock records
  • Producing in-house documentation
  • The job will also involve discussions with customers and our sales, technical and production teams

Required / Qualifications;

  • Must have office-based experience
  • Must also be able to evidence delivery of processes and improvements
  • Experience in lean manufacturing preferred
  • Microsoft Office experience - Excel/Word etc
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, confident and clear communicator and strong presentation skills
  • Team player
  • Prepared to be involved in other aspects of the company's operation as requested
