Watchmaker - Award winning Watch Brand

Watchmaker is responsible for complex Automatic watch servicing, case repair and refinishing, water resistance methods, parts requisition and testing techniques according to established time frames and quality standards. The Watchmaker resolves daily production reports, maintains accurate logs of completed orders and communicates the status of assigned repairs to the administrative staff as needed.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate they have the following:

  • The ability to work confidently, cleanly and accurately with the following ETA/Sellita calibres: 2824, 2836, 2893, 7750, SW200, SW210, SW330, SW220, SW510.
  • Have experience working on proprietary movement.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing your own workload.
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively in a team to coach and develop each other.
  • Ability to work & prioritise tasks, achieving an elevated level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Possess a passion and appreciation for horology.
  • A meticulous attention to detail and ability to interpret mechanical demands in a practical way.
  • Keen to adhere to best practice service standards.

The successful candidate is likely to have the following credentials:

  • Experience in watchmaking
  • Good level of spoken English
  • GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications.
  • A graduate of a watchmaker programme with either BHI, WOSTEP, BCU or comparable qualification (optional).
